design solutions. Nemes Plus is the first and only in the outdoor sector
with Zero Impact leather lining manufactured with a tanning process free
of heavy metals

Relaxed Fit: Soft and comfy lasts for footwear, designed for light
outdoor activities, in undemanding conditions.

Vibram: For 90% of its footwear, AKU uses exclusive soles designed and
engineered in cooperation with Vibram® to suit the specific use
requirements of the footwear involved.

IMS 2: The Internal Midsole System ensures a uniform distribution of
pressure, prevents from lateral and frontal slipping under heavy use and
provides shock absorption. It creates the right balance between ground
control and shock absorption.

Zero Impact Leather: An exclusive first for AKU in the outdoor footwear
sector by choosing Zero Impact leather for the linings of its models in
the AKU Plus family. The result of an advance research project by Dani
Sustainable Leather with the aim of reducing the environmental impact of
production processes.
